Man oh man, where do I start with these two.  From the first time we chatted with Jen & Dan we saw the sparkle in their eyes for each other, (you know the same one I always have for Maggie 😉 and I knew right away I couldn’t wait to photograph and spend some quality time with them. Some parts of their story together is like straight out of a movie, they even write love letters to each other. Seriously I may of teared up a bit, talk about romance.  Even though they have been married for a few years and have their first child they still make it a priority to date and spend quality time with each other.

I hear a lot that after kids life is different, Yes its true, to a point. That very moment you become a parent. you no longer live for just you and your significant other, you live for the two of you and your children. Although sometimes you need to put YOU first and remember the reason you got together in the first place. Maggie and I always make time for date nights as well as nights out with friends. So this year it is our mission to get others to remember this too. We even stress the importance of professional portraits of ourselves. So that we can hand these down to our children and grand children to see the people we are here and now. I want Wyatt and his children to look at photographs of Maggie and I and say “yes that is my mom and dad right there” in a excited way, that shows our personalities as well as to be role models for how his relationships should be.

So take a look at Jen & Dan. If you can get through the adorableness of them together you will see the root of true love,  just look into their eyes.

When he looks at her, she smiles, he takes her hand and they laugh.

Right there in the mist of it all the moment turns from laughter to a tender loving moment.
