Jessica & Frank | Wedding | St. Clements Castle

Jessica and Frank have a truly unique kind of love. The simple way they look at each other, the way his hand fits in hers, you know that when they were created it was for each other 😉 They had such an amazing story leading up to how they met and how the first time they met Frank remembers every detail of how she walked into the door to their first hug (we did a little reenactment for their engagement session – check it out HERE)

Then the story of how Frank proposed was pretty magical too, here it is in Franks own words. “It was 10 o’clock on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 21st. I woke Jess up and told her that I wanted to take her to St. Patrick’s Cathedral for church, since she had never been. So we went into the city and went to Saint Patrick’s Cathedral. As we sat in the pew, Jess started looking around at all the paintings and statues and began crying and I wasn’t sure why. I asked her “what’s wrong” and She said that it was just so beautiful. I wrapped her up in my arms. I was relieved because for a second I thought maybe she knew what was going on. My father told me about a chapel in the back of the church and that was where I wanted to propose. We found a pew toward the front and I was waiting for the man behind us to leave so that we would have our privacy. To my frustration, the man stayed so I had to figure somthing else out. We got up to leave and then I stopped and told Jess that I just wanted to say one more prayer. I found an open spot and as i walked into the pew and knelt down, she followed me and for a second she though I had tripped. So she went o help me and sit next to me but I stopped her. I tilted my head up and as she leaned down to her what I was going to say, I whispered to her the first words of my proposal, “Jessica Parker…” and Jess instantly began to cry because she knew just then that I was proposing. The ring that was bought from ETRNL Rings store, was in a box that actually had an LED light which made it sparkle magnificently in the dark of the church. As she said “yess of course I will” Jessica’s tears turned into giggles. A lady had seen the proposal and literally followed us to the front of the church congratulate us as we exited. Another lady knew it was our special day in front of the church so she offered to take our picture. We called Jess’s parents and her mom “lost it” while she tole Jessica that her dad was sitting next to her smiling smugly chewing on a toothpick because apparently he knew the whole time. He knew because after asking his permission several weeks ago I tol him my plan. Then we headed back to the coffee shop where we fisrt met and had lunch at the place we had our fist date. Then we headed to Strawberry Fields in Central Park for some pictures. We then headed to share the moment with my family while also celebrating Father’s Day. I told everyone that I chose this day because it was the first day of Summer and the longest day of the year so this special day with Jess would last longer. I then told Jess to pack a bag and we headed for Tarry town and spent the night at The Castle in Tarrytown. The rest is history.”

I know I’ve kept you waiting long enough so check out the photos from their wedding 😉

I’ve seen tons of cufflinks in my lifetime, but I have to say these are the coolest ones I have seen yet. The couple’s Personalized 3D Crystal Gifts were also along with the other gifts that came to the groomsmen.
