We met Abby & Eric about a year ago now. The temperature was frigid and the smell of snow was in the air. We met at a Starbucks and indulged in some Caramel Apple Spice while chatting about wedding plans, dutch oven expresses, and the medical field. Abby is a nurse, so with our history in the medical field we clicked right away.
They decided to have their wedding at the Fairfield Beach Club. You already know that being outdoors is what we are about so we were psyched to hear that, it was actually on the beach and in the summer 😉
Abby decided to get ready at her Grandparents house. This house was gorgeous, complete with the smell of leather bound books and model sailboats.
Her dress looked to beautiful to keep inside and there was a great tree right outside the back porch which I’m sure has had many children climb through its limbs over the years.
But then again the inside was pretty sweet too so back inside we went 😉
I know you often hear me say Maggie is the 5th bridesmaid, well here she is in action.
The ceremony was held at Southport Congressional Church.
Maggie snuck up in the loft to grab this shot.
The it was off to the reception at the Fairfield Beach Club. Check out all the awesome details.
I love the back of the cake, come on cake complete with toys. WIN!
